Dezember 2019 und am Vorjahresstichtag mindestens zwei der drei in § 267a Abs. 1 HGB genannten Merkmale nicht überschritten. Somit werden die Erleichterungen für Kleinstkapitalgesellschaften in Anspruch genommen und die Hinterlegung der Bilanz beauftragt. I. Angaben zur Bilanz Die Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen betragen zum Bilanzstichtag insgesamt EUR 18.590,38 (Vorjahr EUR 15.296,79). Der Ausweis erfolgt unter der verkürzten Bilanzposition Umlaufvermögen. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen betragen zum Bilanzstichtag insgesamt EUR 385,17 (Vorjahr EUR 0,00). Der Ausweis erfolgt unter der verkürzten Bilanzposition Verbindlichkeiten. Die gemäß § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG auszuweisenden Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen zum Bilanzstichtag EUR 3.339,15 (Vorjahr EUR 500,53). Sie werden unter der verkürzten Bilanzposition Verbindlichkeiten ausgewiesen. Sämtliche im Einzelnen ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten sind binnen Jahresfrist fällig. II. Sonstige Angaben 1. Die Gesellschaft ist Komplementärin der Eli 25a GmbH & Co. KG, Darmstadt, der dc-ea Secure GmbH & Co. KG, Darmstadt, der WILHELMIN GmbH & Co. KG, Darmstadt, der RK 9 GmbH & Co. KG, Darmstadt, der Eli 28 GmbH & Co. KG, Darmstadt und der DCE Project GmbH & Co. KG, Darmstadt. 2. Im Geschäftsjahr 2019 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft durch: Herrn Dogantürk Gülsen, Ober-Ramstadt Der Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. 3. Die DCE Invest GmbH mit Sitz in Darmstadt wird geführt im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Darmstadt unter der Handelsregisternummer HRB 88297. 4. Unterschrift des Geschäftsführers
