Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG). Die Gesellschaft ist zum Abschlussstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB einzustufen. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden nur bei der Erstellung des Anhangs in Anspruch genommen. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. Informationen zur BilanzDie Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens sind mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet worden. Bei abnutzbaren Vermögensgegenständen sind planmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen worden. Die Nutzungsdauer wurde anhand der von der Finanzverwaltung veröffentlichten Abschreibungstabellen ermittelt. Soweit erforderlich sind die niedrigeren beizulegenden Werte angesetzt worden. Für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bis 800,00 EUR wurde auch in der Handelsbilanz vom Wahlrecht gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG Gebrauch gemacht. Der im Bilanzverlust enthaltene Verlustvortrag beträgt 34.416,60 EUR. Sonstige AngabenZum Abschlussstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 HGB. Als Geschäftsführer war im Geschäftsjahr bestellt: Gordian Overschmidt, Geschäftsführer.
