Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter, deren Anschaffungskosten EUR 150,-, aber nicht EUR 1.000,- übersteigen, werden nach § 6 Abs. 2a EStG in einem Sammelposten eingestellt und mit einem Fünftel gewinnmindernd aufgelöst. Finanzanlagen Finanzanlagen sind nicht vorhanden. Vorräte Vorräte sind nicht vorhanden. Forderungen Die Forderungen werden grundsätzlich mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Sämtliche Forderungen sind werthaltig. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen decken alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen in angemessener Höhe ab. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sie haben eine Restlaufzeit von:
