ANHANG1. Generalklausel Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 2 HGB auf. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewandt: Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen, bewertet. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die geringwertigen Anlagegüter wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Dem speziellen Ausfall- und Kreditrisiko wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 1 % auf die Netto - Forderungen ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbare Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen. 3. Angaben zur Bilanz Die Entwicklung der in der Bilanz erfassten Anlagengegenstände im Jahr 2022 ist in einer Anlage zum Anhang dargestellt. Der Bilanzgewinn entwickelte sich wie folgt:
