Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2011Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft ist nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften des HGB in der Fassung Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes vom 29.5.2009 aufgestellt. 1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Gesellschaft besitzt seit dem Jahr 2009 keine Sachanlagen mehr. Die Finanzanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten und z.T. abzüglich der anteiligen zuzurechnenden Verlustanteile (Personengesellschaften) bewertet. Das übrige Aktivvermögen ist mit dem Nennbetrag bilanziert. Wertberichtigungen waren nicht zu bilden. Rückstellungen sind in Höhe der voraussichtlich anfallenden Kosten (Beratungsaufwand) gezeigt. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Nennbeträgen bewertet. 2. Laufzeiten Forderungen oder Verbindlichkeiten mit Restlaufzeiten über einem Jahr bestehen nicht. 3. Haftungsverhältnisse Angabepflichtige Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 i. V. m. § 268 (7) HGB bestehen nicht. 4. Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung
