Anhang für OffenlegungszweckeA. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss der Optic Lounge - NETP GmbH, Burscheid wurde nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum 31. Dezember 2010 die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1-3 HGB auf. Sie wendet jedoch freiwillig die Gliederung für große Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 267 Abs. 3 HGB an. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt. B. Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen gemäß der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen gemäß der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet, sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. C.
