Amtsgericht Hamburg, HRB 110630Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2022I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2022 ist nach den deutschen handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften und den Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Von den Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde gemäß § 288 HGB i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB Gebrauch gemacht. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. II. Angewandte Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertung erfolgt unter dem Aspekt der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit (Going-Concern-Prinzip). Die auf den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Bewertungsmethoden sind beibehalten worden. Der Ansatz der Sachanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten. Soweit abnutzbar, werden die Vermögensgegenstände planmäßig abgeschrieben. Der Ansatz der Finanzanlagen erfolgt zu fortgeführten Anschaffungskosten. In Einzelfällen werden Abschreibungen auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bzw. auf den niedrigeren Börsenwert der Wertpapiere zum Bilanzstichtag vorgenommen. Der Ansatz und die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennwert. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren jeweiligen Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen. Die Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. IV.
