AnhangImhoff GmbH, Köln Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2012 I. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Imhoff GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2012 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften unter Berücksichtigung der neuen Regelungen des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Die Bilanz wurde nach Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Das Finanzanlagevermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, daß sie allen erkennbaren Risiken ausreichend Rechnung tragen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
II. Erläuterung zur Bilanz Eigenkapital Der Jahresüberschuss 2011 in Höhe von € 23.022,22 wurde gemäß Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 01.02.2012 auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Somit ergibt sich per 01.01.2012 ein Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von € 129.902,75. Der Jahresüberschuss in 2012 beträgt € 3.169,53.
Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten Zum 31.12.2012 wurden sonstige Rückstellungen in Höhe von € 1.045 gebildet, Verbindlichkeiten bestehen zum Abschlussstichtag nicht. III. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs.2 HGB) aufgestellt.
