AnhangAllgemeine AngabenDer Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung und bei der Offenlegung (§§ 288, 326 HGB) des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen. Gliederungsgrundsätze / DarstellungsstetigkeitVon der Darstellungsstetigkeit wude gegenüber dem Vorjahr nicht abgewichen. BilanzierungsmethodenIm Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist. Die Posten der Aktivseite sind nicht mit Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen, verrechnet worden. Das Anlage- und Umlaufvermögen, das Eigenkapital sowie die Schulden wurden in der Bilanz gesondert ausgewiesen und hinreichend aufgegliedert. Das Anlagevermögen weist nur Gegenstände aus, die bestimmt sind, dem Geschäftsbetrieb dauernd zu dienen. Rückstellungen wurden nur im Rahmen des § 249 HGB gebildet. BewertungsmethodenDie Wertansätze der Eröffnungsbilanz des Geschäftsjahres stimmen mit denen der Schlussbilanz des vorangegangenen Geschäftsjahres überein. Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen. Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden einzeln bewertet. Es ist vorsichtig bewertet worden, namentlich sind alle vorhersehbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstanden sind, berücksichtigt worden, selbst wenn diese erst zwischen dem Abschlussstichtag und der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses bekannt geworden sind. Gewinne sind nur berücksichtigt worden, wenn sie bis zum Abschlussstichtag realisiert wurden. Aufwendungen und Erträge des Geschäftsjahres sind unabhängig vom Zeitpunkt der Zahlung berücksichtigt worden. Einzelne Positionen wurden wie folgt bewertet: FinanzanlagenBeteiligungen wurden zu den Anschaffungskosten oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden zulässigen Wert angesetzt. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und LeistungenDie Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und Wertpapiere wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. VerbindlichkeitenDie Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen. RückstellungenDie Rückstellungen wurden von der Geschäftsführung nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ermittelt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die bis zum Bilanzstichtag noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Gemäß Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 7. November 2012 wurde der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2011 genehmigt und festgestellt. Dem Geschäftsführer wurde Entlastung erteilt. Die Feststellung bzw. Billigung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am 31.10.2012. |
