Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar 2009 bis 31. Dezember 2010der equiconnect GmbHI. Anwendung des Bilanzrichtliniengesetzes: Der Jahresabschluss der equiconnect GmbH, München, ist nach den Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt worden. Von den Wahlrechten zu größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden: 1. Bank- und Kassenguthaben werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. 2. Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen abgegrenzte Ansprüche aus Vorleistungen. Die Auflösung der Posten erfolgt linear entsprechend dem Zeitablauf. 3. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe ihrer voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme angesetzt. 4. Die Bewertungsgrundsätze blieben gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz 1. Kapital Das gezeichnete Stammkapital in Höhe von € 25.000,-- ist zur Hälfte einbezahlt. IV. Sonstige Angaben Persönlich haftende Gesellschaft: equiconnect GmbH, München, gezeichnetes Kapital der haftenden Gesellschaft Geschäftsführungsorgan: Jamitzky Stefan, Kaufmann Jünger Steffen, Kaufmann V. Ergebnisverwendung Der Bilanzverlust wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
