Lübeck, den 20. November 2024 Anhang zum Jahresabschluss 31. Dezember 2023Die ALKOSTORE24 GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Lübeck und ist eingetragen im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Lübeck (Reg. Nr. HRB 13892). 1. Erläuterungen der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungswahlrechte, insbesondere die Aktivierung eines Geschäfts- oder Firmenwertes und die Aktivierung von Aufwendungen für die Ingangsetzung der Erweiterung des Geschäftsbetriebes, wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen. Hinsichtlich der Bewertungsmethode wurde im Bereich des Umlaufvermögens das Anschaffungsprinzip gewählt. Im Rahmen des Anlagevermögens richtete sich die planmäßige Abschreibung nach Maßgabe der jeweils steuerrechtlichen zulässigen Höchstsätze. Die Abschreibung wurde linear vorgenommen. 2. Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet. 3. Gewinnverteilung Der Gesellschafterin hat beschlossen, den Jahresüberschuss 2023 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. 4. Gesellschafter Gesellschafterin ist Frau Sari Berner. 5. Sonstige Angaben Die Zahl der durchschnittlich beschäftigten Mitarbeiter (ohne Auszubildende und Geschäftsführer) im Jahr 2023 betrug 5 Personen (Vorjahr 6).
