Anhangfür das Geschäftsjahr 2010Allgemeine AngabenDer vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den §§ 242 ff. und den §§ 264 ff. des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und den Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) sowie den einschlägigen Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Durch die erstmalige Anwendung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) haben sich Veränderungen bei den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden ergeben. Auf die Anpassung der Vorjahreszahlen wurde gem. Art. 67 Abs. 8 EGHGB verzichtet. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist entsprechend § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft nimmt die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Angabenerleichterungen der §§ 274a, 276 und 288 HGB teilweise in Anspruch. Die Gesellschaft hat von der Befreiungsvorschrift nach § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB Gebrauch gemacht und auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichts verzichtet. Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und BewertungDie Ausleihungen an verbundene Unternehmen sind zum Nennwert bewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Die flüssigen Mittel sind in Höhe ihres Nennwerts angesetzt. Bei Bildung der Rückstellungen ist den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung getragen worden. Sie sind in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Angaben zu einzelnen Posten der BilanzUmlaufvermögen Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände stellen sich wie folgt dar:
Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen enthalten Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen von € 41.246,13. Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital von € 25.000,00 ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Sonstige Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten im Wesentlichen Steuerrückstellungen sowie Rückstellungen für die Kosten der Abschlusserstellung.
