Anhang zum Jahresabschluss zum 16.08.2023I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die CS Boardinghouse GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Fellbach und ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Stuttgart unter HRB 786389 eingetragen. Mit Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 17.08.2023 wurde die Gesellschaft mit sofortiger Wirkung aufgelöst. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß den §§ 242 ff, 264 ff. HGB sowie der einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennwert. Die Rückstellungen sind mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Gegen Gesellschafter bestehen Forderungen in Höhe von EUR 10.513,87. Im Bilanzverlust ist ein Verlustvortrag in Höhe von EUR 2.354,05 enthalten.
