Anhang zum Jahresabschluss auf den 31.12.20101. Allgemeine Angaben1.1. Für die Gesellschaft sind nach § 267 HGB die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften anzuwenden. 1.2. Bilanzierungs- u. Bewertungsmethoden: Die Erstellung der vorliegenden Steuerbilanz erfolgte unter Beachtung der handelsrechtlichen und steuerrechtlichen Buchführungs- u. Bilanzierungsvorschriften. Das abnutzbare Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen, das nicht abnutzbare Anlagevermögen zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgt in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führt. Die Anschaffungskosten für bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EUR 150 (Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter) wurden im Jahr des Zugangs sofort abgeschrieben, bis zu EUR 1.000 wird ein Sammelposten gebildet und nach steuerlichen Vorschriften auf fünf Jahre abgeschrieben. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen waren nicht veranlasst. Die Forderungen sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag abzüglich Einzelwert- und Pauschalwertberichtigung, soweit erforderlich, angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurde allen erkennbaren Risiken Rechnung getragen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 2. Angaben zur BilanzIn den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von EUR 22.700 enthalten. 3. Sonstige AngabenGeschäftsführung: Zum alleinvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführer ist Herr Dr. Dr. Florian Dränert, München bestellt. Grünwald; der Jahresabschluss wurde am 20.09.2011 festgestellt. |
