AnhangA. Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDie Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach den Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind nachfolgend erläutert. Die Berichtsgesellschaft ist im Sinne des § 267 (1) HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Für Zwecke der Offenlegung wurde von den Aufstellungs- und Offenlegungserleichterungen des Handelsrechts Gebrauch gemacht. B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDas Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die im Geschäftsjahr angeschafften geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden entsprechend der Regelungen des § 6 (2) EStG abgeschrieben. Die Bewertung der Gegenstände des Vorratsvermögens erfolgte grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert abzüglich erforderlicher Einzelwertberichtigungen bewertet. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet. Von den im Vorjahr angewandten Bewertungsgrundsätzen wurde nicht abgewichen. C. Angaben zur BilanzAKTIVA Umlaufvermögen Hinsichtlich der Lieferungen von Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen sowie der Handelswaren bestehen die üblichen Eigentumsvorbehalte. Sämtliche Forderungen in Höhe von insgesamt EUR 2.214,13 (Vorjahresbetrag EUR 13.439,99) sind nach einem Jahr fällig. Forderungen gegenüber verbundenden Unternehmen betragen EUR 0,00 (Vorjahresbetrag EUR 10.603,42). PASSIVA Von den Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 161.281,74 (Vorjahresbetrag EUR 178.082,61) sind Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 97.200,46 ( Vorjahresbetrag EUR 103.650,30) innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen EUR 63.365,94 (Vorjahresbetrag EUR 77.554,78). D.
