Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der 4P Holding AG wurde auf Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend waren die Regelungen des Aktiengesetzes zu beachten. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bei der Bilanzierung wurden die gesetzlichen Bilanzierungsgebote und -verbote ausnahmslos beachtet. Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet: -Beteiligungen zu Anschaffungskosten -Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen zu Anschaffungskosten -Ausleihungen zum Nennwert Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die Bildung der sonstigen Rückstellungen erfolgte nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung, wobei erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten in angemessener Höhe Rechnung getragen wurde. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Kapital Das Grundkapital von Euro 138.048,81 ist eingeteilt in 54.000 Stück Stammaktien zum Nennwert von je Euro 2,5564594. Es handelt sich um Namensaktien. Haftungsverhältnisse, sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Im Berichtsjahr lagen keine Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB vor. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft erfüllt keine der drei gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB genannten Größenmerkmale und ist daher als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne dieser Vorschrift einzustufen. Die Gesellschaft weist ein positives Eigenkapital aus, so dass eine Überschuldung im Sinne des § 130 a HGB nicht gegeben ist. Anteilsbesitz Die Gesellschaft ist an folgenden Unternehmen mit mindestens 20 % der Anteile beteiligt:
