ANHANG
Aufstellungsgrundsätze
Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der
Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB)
aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die
Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach
§ 275 Absatz 2 HGB das Gesamtkostenverfahren
gewählt.
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde nach § 253 Absatz
1 und Absatz 3 HGB zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten
angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige
Abschreibungen vermindert. Das Anlagevermögen ist im
Anlagespiegel dargestellt. Die planmäßigen
Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen
Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und
entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear und ggf.
degressiv vorgenommen. Der Übergang von der
degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgt in den
Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren
Jahresabschreibung führt.
Die Forderungen und sonstigen
Vermögensgegenstände wurden ebenfalls unter
Beachtung des § 253 HGB bewertet und angesetzt.
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle zum
Bilanzstichtag bestehenden ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und
erkennbaren Risiken.
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem
Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.
Geschäftsführer sind Herr Sebastian Wahl und Herr Tobias Hövelborn.
