AnhangA. ALLGEMEINES Die Gliederung und Bewertung der Bilanz entspricht den Vorschriften der §§ 238 ff. HGB. Im Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurden erstmalig die Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) angewendet. Eine Anpassung der Vorjahreszahlen erfolgte nicht. B. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN Das abnutzbare Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die beweglichen abnutzbaren Sachanlagen werden planmäßig nach linearer Methode im Rahmen der handels- und steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften abgeschrieben. Für 2008 und 2009 angeschaffte abnutzbare bewegliche Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten von mehr als € 150, jedoch höchstens € 1.000 im Einzelnen wurde im Jahr des Zugangs ein Sammelposten gebildet, der im Jahr der Bildung sowie in den folgenden vier Geschäftsjahren gewinnmindernd aufgelöst wird. Vor 2008 und 2009 angeschaffte Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten von bis zu € 410 im Einzelnen werden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nominalbetrag bewertet, wobei erkennbare Risiken durch Einzelwertberichtigung berücksichtigt werden. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wird durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung zu Forderungen Rechnung getragen. Rückstellungen wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag (§ 253 Abs. 1 S. 2 HGB) bewertet. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. C. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ Darlehen an Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer Die Gesellschaft hat dem Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer ein Darlehen gewährt, das per 31.12.2010 mit € 67.193,55 valutiert. Das Darlehen wurde in 2010 mit 4 % p.a. verzinst. D. SONSTIGE ANGABEN Geschäftsführung Der Geschäftsführung gehört zum 31.
