AnhangAllgemeine Angaben zu Bilanzierung, Bewertung, Währungsumrechnung und KonsolidierungDie IBV Rhein-Ruhr GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Essen und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister/Genossenschaftsregister beim:
Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG). Die Gesellschaft ist zum Abschlussstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB einzustufen. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden nur bei der Erstellung des Anhangs in Anspruch genommen. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. Die dem Vorjahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2022 zugrunde liegenden Ansatz-, Bewertungs- und Ausweismethoden werden unverändert fortgeführt soweit nicht neue Erkenntnisse eine abweichende Bewertung erforderten bzw. sich durch den Ansatz der neuen HGB Vorschriften nach BilRUG ergaben. Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden im Hinblick auf die Änderungen durch das Bilanzrichtlinienumsetzungsgesetz angepasst. Die Höhe der Umgliederung ist für die Aussagekraft des Jahresabschlusses von untergeordneter Bedeutung. Die Geschäftsleitung geht von der Fortführung des Unternehmens aus (going concern). Gründe, die gegen die Fortführung sprechen, sind nicht erkennbar. Informationen zur BilanzDie Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens sind mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet worden. Bei abnutzbaren Vermögensgegenständen sind planmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen worden. Die Nutzungsdauer wurde anhand der von der Finanzverwaltung veröffentlichten Abschreibungstabellen ermittelt. Soweit erforderlich sind die niedrigeren beizulegenden Werte angesetzt worden. Für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bis 800,00 EUR wurde auch in der Handelsbilanz vom Wahlrecht gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG Gebrauch gemacht und im Jahr der Anschaffung zugleich ein Abgang unterstellt. Forderungen / Verbindlichkeiten in fremder Währung wurden mit dem Kurs zum Anschaffungszeitpunkt umgerechnet. Bank- und Kassenbestände in fremder Währung wurden mit dem Kurs zum Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben alle eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt worden, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle zum Bilanzstichtag drohenden Verluste und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Sie sind alle innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Sicherheiten wurden nicht gestellt. Bei den Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen besteht der übliche Eigentumsvorbehalt.
