AnhangAllgemeine Pflichtangaben Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses der Ehninger AG wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches, in der Fassung des BilRUG, des Steuerrechts, der Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung sowie der Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des Aktien-Gesetzes zu beachten. Größenklassen Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Angabe und Begründung der gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichenden Form der Darstellung Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Geringwertige Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten von über 250,00 € bis 800,00 € wurden im Anschaffungsjahr grundsätzlich aktiviert und in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen. Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet: Beteiligungen zu Anschaffungskosten, Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten das Geschäftsjahr betreffende, noch nicht veranlagte Steuern. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Grundlagen für die Umrechnung von Fremdwährungsposten in Euro Der Jahresabschluss enthält auf fremde Währung lautende Sachverhalte, die in Euro umgerechnet wurden. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in fremder Währung sind mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs am Bilanzstichtag bewertet. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Sonstige Pflichtangaben Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs gehörten dem Vorstand folgende Personen an: Dominik Ehninger Friedemann Ehninger Im Aufsichtsrat saßen folgende Personen: Helmut Bäuerle Friedhelm Rothweiler Florian Dietz Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte während des Geschäftsjahrs durchschnittlich 9 Arbeitnehmer. Angaben über den Anteilsbesitz an anderen Unternehmen von mind. 20 Prozent der Anteile Gemäß § 285 Nr. 11 HGB wird über nachstehende Unternehmen berichtet:
