Anhang für Zwecke der Offenlegung nach § 326 HGB für das Geschäftsjahr 2012der CARA GmbH, MünchenA. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss und zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss der CARA GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt. Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Es werden von größenabhängigen Erleichterungen, soweit möglich, Gebrauch gemacht - insbesondere nach § 326 HGB. Es wurden des Weiteren die Erleichterungen nach § 286 HGB in Anspruch genommen. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Forderungen aus gekauften Körperschaftsteuerguthaben wurden grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten (Barwerten) angesetzt. Ab- und Aufzinsungen wurden, bezogen auf die Restlaufzeit der Forderungen vorgenommen. Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Bewertung der sonstigen Rückstellungen erfolgte zum notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen in Höhe der nach vernünftigen kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlichen Beträge berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. C. Sonstige Angaben Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurde die Geschäftsführung wahrgenommen durch:
