Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2020

gem. § 264 Abs. 1 HGB

1.	Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Quantum Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird aufgestellt nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren.

Die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich der kumulierten planmäßigen Abschreibungen bilanziert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden linear, die auf Zugänge beweglicher Anlagegüter pro rata temporis vorgenommen; geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu je EUR 800,00 werden in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen sind grundsätzlich mit den Nennwerten angesetzt. Es wurden Einzelwertberichtigungen und keine Pauschalwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Die Rückstellungen decken alle erkennbaren Risiken ab und sind nach vernünftigen kaufmännischen Grundsätzen ermittelt worden.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag bilanziert.

1.	Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen in Höhe von EUR 231.982,43 handelt es sich um Honorarforderungen gegenüber Mandanten.

In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen ist im Wesentlichen eine Forderung von EUR 37.607,46 gegenüber dem Vermieter aus Mietkaution enthalten.

Bei den Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden in 2020 gezahlte Versicherungsbeiträge berücksichtigt, die das Jahr 2021 betreffen.

Unter den sonstigen Rückstellungen werden im Wesentlichen Sonderzahlungen an Mitarbeiter ausgewiesen.

Unter den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten werden insbesondere Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Finanzamt aus Lohnsteuer von EUR 48.368,10 ausgewiesen.

Die Aufteilung der Verbindlichkeiten nach Restlaufzeiten ergibt sich aus dem folgenden Verbindlichkeitsspiegel:
