Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2021CVW Future GmbH, SandeA. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss der CVW Future GmbH , Sande, (Amtsgericht Oldenburg, HRB 214657) wurde nach den §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264a ff. des HGB sowie den ergänzenden Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 HGB. Die Aufstellung des Anhangs erfolgt unter Berücksichtigung der Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften i.S.d. § 288 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt unter Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB). Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden werden zum Abschlussstichtag grundsätzlich einzeln bewertet. In Ausübung des Wahlrechts werden nicht in der Bilanz oder Gewinn- oder Verlustrechnung gemachte Angaben in den Anhang aufgenommen. Zur besseren Darstellung werden die in der Bilanz sowie in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung anzugebenden Davon-Vermerke in den Anhang aufgenommen. B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Finanzanlagevermögen wird mit Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die liquiden Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Der gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind ausreichend bemessen und werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags passiviert. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Aufwendungen und Erträge werden auf das Geschäftsjahr abgegrenzt. C. Angaben zu den Posten der Bilanz 1. Für die Verbindlichkeiten bestehen im üblichen Umfang branchenübliche bzw. kraft Gesetzes entstehende Sicherheiten. In den Verbindlichkeiten ist ein Betrag in Höhe von EUR 1.513.835,23 (Vorjahr: EUR 1.360.025,74) gegenüber Gesellschaftern enthalten. D. Sonstige Angaben 1.
