ANHANG 2010DrySun Management GmbH i.L. Hamburg Allgemeine Angaben zum Abschluss Die DrySun Management GmbH i.L. ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die GmbH wendet die allgemeinen deutschen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften sowie die ergänzenden Vorschriften für große Kapitalgesellschaften an mit der Ausnahme, dass kein Lagebericht erstellt wird. A. Allgemeine Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurde nach den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) aufgestellt. Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, die im Geschäftsjahr einen Betrag ausweisen, werden gemäß § 265 Abs. 8 HGB nicht angegeben. Die Buchhaltung und die Bilanzierung erfolgt in Euro. Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht dem Schema gemäß § 266 HGB, die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung dem Schema gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren). B. Bewertung Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten im Einzelbetrag bis zu € 400,-- sind nicht gebildet. Rückstellungen sind für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und erkennbare Risiken nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Bilanzierung erfolgt vor Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses. C. Sonstige Angaben Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist der Erwerb, die Veräußerung und die Verwaltung von Beteiligungen sowie die Übernahme der persönlichen Haftung und der Geschäftsführung bei Personenhandelsgesellschaften, insbesondere die Beteiligung als persönlich haftende geschäftsführende Gesellschafterin ( Komplementärin ) an der DrySun GmbH & Co. KG sowie alle Geschäfte, die dem Gesellschaftszweck dienen oder ihn ergänzen. Die DrySun Management GmbH i.L. war persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin der DrySun GmbH & Co. KG, Hamburg. Über das Vermögen der alleinigen Kommanditistin der GmbH & Co. KG ist am 01.10.2010 das Insolvenz- verfahren eröffnet worden, dadurch ist diese aus der Gesellschaft ausgeschieden. Die DrySun Management i.L. hat als Komplementärin am 01.10.2010 im Wege der Anwachsung das Geschäft der GmbH & Co. KG mit allen Aktiven und Passiven übernommen. Für die DrySun Management GmbH wurde zum 06.01.2011 die Liquidationn bestellt. Zum Liquidator wurde Herr Dr. Stephan Schoppe, Rechtsanwalt, Hamburg bestellt, einzelvertretungsberechtigt. Hamburg, 31.08.2011 Dr. Stephan Schoppe Liquidator der DrySun Management GmbH i. L.
