Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Allgemeine Angaben Die allgemeinen Vorschriften der §§ 238 bis 263 HGB für alle Kaufleute sowie die ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften gem. §§ 264 ff. HGB wurden beachtet. Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht dem §§ 266 HGB. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wird durch einen pauschalen Abschlag in Höhe von 1 % des nicht einzelwertberichtigten Forderungsbestands Rechnung getragen. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Angaben zur Bilanz Angabe zu Restlaufzeitvermerken Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt EUR 256.079,78 (Vorjahr: EUR 334.070,34). Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt EUR 73.042,39 (Vorjahr: EUR 91.222,00). Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten in Höhe von EUR 42.214,00 sind durch dingliche Sicherheiten abgesichert. Angaben zu Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern beträgt EUR 45.758,89 (Vorjahr: EUR 104.407,34).
