Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 20231. Allgemeine ErläuterungenDie emweo GmbH (ehemals COM-OIL Energie + Service GmbH) wird beim Amtsgericht Hamburg unter der Registernummer HRB 74390 geführt. Der Abschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde gemäß den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches bzw. des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist nach den Vorschriften des § 267 HGB als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft einzuordnen. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften der §§ 274a und 288 Abs. 1 HGB wurde im Berichtszeitraum Gebrauch gemacht. 2. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare und gegebenenfalls außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die abnutzbaren Wirtschaftsgüter werden linear entsprechend ihrer betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Die Finanzanlagen sind grundsätzlich mit den Anschaffungskosten bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet. Die Vorräte sind unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Bewertung der Forderungen und der sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zum Nennwert. Erkennbare Risiken werden durch die Bildung von Wertberichtigungen angemessen berücksichtigt. Flüssige Mittel werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzerstellung bekannt gewordenen Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen, die das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr betreffen. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. 3. Erläuterungen zur BilanzDas gezeichnete Kapital beträgt DM 400.000,00 (Euro 204.516,75) und ist voll eingezahlt. Die Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten sind, wie im Vorjahr, sämtlich innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. 4. Sonstige finanzielle VerpflichtungenHierbei handelt es sich um finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Mietverträgen und Gruppenunfallversicherung. Diese betragen T€ 40 und betreffen das Jahr 2024. 5. KonzernabschlussDie Gesellschaft wird als 100%-iges Tochterunternehmen in den Konzernabschluss der Mobene GmbH & Co. KG, Hamburg, einbezogen. Dieser wird beim elektronischen Bundesanzeiger offengelegt. 6. Sonstige AngabenIm Berichtszeitraum waren durchschnittlich 9 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
