Anhang für 2006

Allgemeine Hinweise

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§242ff. und §§264ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle zum Bilanzstichtag drohenden Verluste und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken.
