Anhang zum Jahresabschluss 31.12.2010Allgemeine Hinweise Der Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlusstag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapital-gesellschaft gemäß § 264 Abs.1 i.V. § 267 HGB auf. Mit Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 29.12.2011 wurde der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2010 festgestellt. A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Sachanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zweiträume linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 410 EUR werden im Zugangsjahr sofort abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, dem niedrigen Teilwert angesetzt. Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in der Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. B. Information zur Bilanz Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt zum Bilanzstichtag 0,- € EUR. C. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführung Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft vom Herrn Miroslaw Sledzinski und Frau Teresa Sledzinska, Kaufleute, geführt.
