Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2022/2023I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen
Die KPI OceanConnect GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Hamburg. Sie
ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Hamburg unter HRB
152738 eingetragen.
II. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des
Jahresabschlusses
Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der
§§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der
ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine
Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des
GmbHG aufgestellt.
Von den Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten der
§§ 266 Abs. 1, 274 a, 276 und 288 HGB für
kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde bei der Aufstellung von
Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung in
eingeschränktem Umfang Gebrauch gemacht.
Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag einen
"Nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckten Fehlbetrag"in Höhe
von Euro 405.623,22 aus. Nach Ansicht der
Geschäftsführung steht diese Feststellung einer
Fortführung des Unternehmens jedoch nicht entgegen, da
Rangrücktrittsvereinbarungen bei Darlehen über
Euro 440.433,00 vereinbart wurden.
Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewandten
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden
beibehalten.
III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die
immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden
linear abgeschrieben bei einer betriebsgewöhnlichen
Nutzungsdauer von 7 Jahren abgeschrieben.
Forderungen und sonstige
Vermögensgegenstände sowie
Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zu Nennwerten
bewertet.
Die ausgewiesenen
Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger
kaufmännischer Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen
Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten
und Risiken wurden in angemessener Höhe
berücksichtigt.
Die
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Bilanzstichtag mit dem
Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.
Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung,
deren Restlaufzeit nicht mehr als ein Jahr
beträgt, wurden mit dem Euroreferenzkurs am
Bilanzstichtag bewertet (§ 256a HGB).
IV. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
1. Verbindlichkeiten
Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit
von bis zu einem Jahr.
Für die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und
Leistungen gelten die branchenüblichen
Eigentumsvorbehalte.
2. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten
bestehen sonstige finanzielle
Verpflichtungen aus einem Raummietvertrag in Höhe
von EUR 27.380,00.
V. Sonstige Pflichtangaben Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Jahresdurchschnitt
4 Arbeitnehmer.
