Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 20231. Allgemeine Angaben Die Grete Jansen GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Krefeld. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Krefeld unter HR B 9168 eingetragen. Die Gesellschaft erfüllt zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. 2. Allgemeine Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Rechnungslegung erfolgt nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuchs in Verbindung mit den ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes. Die Forderungen wurden zum Nennwert abzüglich Pauschalwertberichtigungen bewertet. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Der Ansatz der Rückstellungen erfolgte in Höhe des nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages. Zu den Methoden der planmäßigen Abschreibung werden Angaben bei den nachstehenden Erläuterungen zu Posten der Bilanz gemacht. Wenn ein Bilanzierungs- oder Bewertungswahlrecht besteht, wird die Ausübung ebenfalls dort erläutert. Soweit Forderungen in fremder Währung vorliegen, werden diese zum Umrechnungskurs zum Bilanzstichtag bewertet. 3. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz 3.1 Anlagevermögen Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs-/Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Es wurde die lineare Abschreibungsmethode angewendet. 3.2 Gezeichnetes Kapital Das gezeichnete Kapital der Gesellschaft beläuft sich auf EUR 110.000,00. 3.3. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages bilanziert. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen in Höhe von EUR 75.000,00. 4. Sonstige Pflichtangaben 4.1 Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Es bestehen aus der Bilanz nicht ersichtliche und nach § 251 HGB auch nicht vermerkpflichtige sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen in Höhe von TEUR 328,8 die für die Beurteilung der Finanzlage von Bedeutung sind. Es handelt sich um Verpflichtungen aus bestehenden Miet- und Leasingverträgen. 4.2. Mitarbeiter Während des Geschäftsjahres waren im Durchschnitt 16,75 (Vorjahr: 19,0) Arbeitnehmer bei der Gesellschaft beschäftigt.
