Die Gesellschaft ist gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB eine kleine Gesellschaft. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden linear über Nutzungsdauer von 3 bis 5 Jahren abgeschrieben. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Die Nutzungsdauer für die anderen Anlagen, Betriebs- und Geschäftsausstattung liegt zwischen 3 und 13 Jahren. Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 800,00 werden im Jahr des Zugangs aus Vereinfachungs- und Wesentlichkeitsgründen vollständig abgeschrieben. Das Finanzanlagevermögen wurde mit Anschaffungskosten bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihren Nominalwerten bilanziert. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr und das Vorjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern, soweit diese die bereits geleisteten Vorauszahlungen übersteigen. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz 1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben, wie im Vorjahr, eine Laufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. In den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen in Höhe von 18.882,36 EUR (im Vorjahr: 2.082,50 EUR) enthalten. 2. Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt 25.500,00 EUR. Darüber hinaus besteht eine Gewinnrücklage in Höhe von 124.500,00 EUR. 3. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von 274.256,95 EUR (Vorjahr: 43.663,13 EUR) enthalten. 4. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen in Höhe von 268.626,80 EUR sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen. Diese betreffen ausschließlich Mietverträge über Grundstücke bis zum Jahr 2027. IV. Sonstige Angaben 1. Angaben zu den Beschäftigten
