Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2023Bezugnehmend auf die beigefügte Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2023 der Gesellschaft machen wir entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften folgende Angaben: 1. Allgemeine Angaben Die BRASSCO GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Düsseldorf. Die Gesellschaft ist eingetragen im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Düsseldorf unter der Registernummer HRB 70220. Die Gesellschaft ist unter Berücksichtigung der Arbeitnehmerzahl, der Bilanzsumme und der Umsatzerlöse eine sogenannte "kleine" Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB verzichtet. Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt worden. 2. Angaben zur Gliederung Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte unter Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes. Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte nach dem differenzierten Schema des § 266 HGB. 3. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Saldenvorträge zum 1. Januar 2023 entsprechen den Ansätzen zum 31. Dezember 2022. Die Bilanzkontinuität gemäß § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 HGB ist gewahrt. Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden erfolgt nach dem Grundsatz der Unternehmensfortführung (Going-Concern-Prinzip gemäß § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB). Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden einzeln bewertet (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 HGB). Das Realisationsprinzip und das Imparitätsprinzip sowie der Grundsatz der Vorsicht wurden beachtet (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 HGB). Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden beibehalten (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 6 HGB); die Bewertungsstetigkeit ist somit gewahrt. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten abzüglich angemessener, planmäßig linearer Abschreibungen bewertet. Unfertige Leistungen wurden zu Herstellungskosten unter Berücksichtigung des Fertigstellungsgrades bewertet. Das Niederstwertprinzip wurde beachtet. Die Forderungen, sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten auf der Aktivseite sind Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen. Die Rückstellungsbeträge wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 4. Sonstige Angaben (1) Geschäftsführung und Vertretung der Gesellschaft wurden in 2023 ausgeübt durch die einzelvertretungsberechtigten und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreiten Geschäftsführer
(2) Haftungsverhältnisse Die Gesellschaft hat neben den in der Bilanz aufgeführten Verbindlichkeiten zum 31. Dezember 2023 Bürgschaftsverbindlichkeiten (Höchstbetragsbürgschaften) in Höhe von insgesamt TEUR 2.855. (3) Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr 2023 durchschnittlich 10 Arbeitnehmer.
