Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01.01. bis 31.12.2022I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der Jahresabschluss der Firma MERBAN Handels GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt. Die MERBAN Handels GmbH, Gräfelfing, ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267, 267a Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gesellschaft hat die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach §§ 274a, 276 und 288 Abs. 1 HGB zum Teil in Anspruch genommen. II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz zum 31.12.2022 (1) Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden nach Maßgabe der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet; Abschreibungen auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert waren nicht vorzunehmen. Die Bewertung der Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe sowie Waren erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten. Notwendige Abwertungen aufgrund des Niederstwertprinzips werden vorgenommen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zum Nennwert bewertet. Allen risikobehafteten Posten wird durch die Bildung angemessener Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko ist durch pauschale Abschläge berücksichtigt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung werden gem. § 256a HGB mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs am Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet. Verbindlichkeiten in Euro sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Umsatzerlöse werden zum Zeitpunkt der Leistungserbringung realisiert. (2) Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die Forderungen gegen den Gesellschaftergeschäftsführer, Herrn Horst Ganser, wurden im Berichtsjahr mit 2,2% und 2,6 % verzinst. (3) Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. (4) Verbindlichkeiten Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten zeigt folgende Übersicht:

Die Gesellschafterdarlehen wurden im Berichtsjahr mit Zinssätzen zwischen 0,2 % (Verrechnungskonto) und 1,0 % verzinst. III. Sonstige Angaben Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer Die Gesellschaft hat im Berichtsjahr keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. Angaben über die Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt: Geschäftsführer: Herr Horst Ganser, Kaufmann.
