Anhang zum Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.20111. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft weist zum Bilanzstichtag 31.12.2011 gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft auf. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen der §§ 264 Abs. 1, 274 a und 288 Abs. 1 HGB werden in Anspruch genommen. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren des § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Ausleihung an die Gesellschafterin Christian Winkler GmbH & Co. KG, Stuttgart, wird mit dem Nominalwert der Forderung ausgewiesen. Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bilanziert. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Gezeichnetes Kapital Das voll einbezahlte Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt € 26.000,00. Sämtliche Geschäftsanteile werden von der Christian Winkler GmbH & Co. KG, Stuttgart, gehalten. 4. Beschäftigte Die Gesellschaft hat außer dem Geschäftsführer keine Beschäftigten. 5. Geschäftsführer Alleiniger Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft war im Berichtsjahr Herr Rüdiger Hahn, Schönaich. Herr Hahn ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. 6. Beteiligungsverhältnisse An der Winkler GmbH, Ludwigsburg, ist die Christian Winkler GmbH & Co KG, Stuttgart, zu 100 % beteiligt. Die Winkler GmbH, Ludwigsburg, ist unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin der Christian Winkler GmbH & Co. KG (Einheitsgesellschaft) und damit verbundenes Unternehmen zu dieser Gesellschaft und deren weiteren unmittelbaren und mittelbaren Tochtergesellschaften. Stuttgart, den 09.
