Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2016der Treuleben GmbH, GeesthachtI. Allgemeine Angaben Die GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Geesthacht und ist eingetragen im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Lübeck (Nr. HRB 15126 HL). Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG). Der Jahresabschluss umfasst die Bilanz, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und den Anhang. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss ist unter Beachtung der generellen Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG aufgestellt. Auf die Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung finden die Vorschriften der §§ 264c, 266 und 275 HGB Anwendung. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten, soweit nicht neue Erkenntnisse eine abweichende Bewertung erforderten bzw. sich durch den Ansatz der neuen HGB Vorschriften nach BilRUG ergaben. Als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft haben wir von den laut § 288 HGB möglichen Erleichterungen bei den Angaben Gebrauch gemacht. Forderungen sind mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt. Erkennbaren Risiken wird mit einer Einzelwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen. Als uneinbringlich eingeschätzte Forderungen werden abgeschrieben. Unverzinsliche Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden abgezinst. Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Der Ansatz erfolgt in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten betragen nicht mehr als ein Jahr. Die Umsatzerlöse wurden entsprechend der Neudefinition des § 277 Abs. 1 HGB in der Fassung des BilRUG erfasst. III. Sonstige Angaben Das Geschäftsjahr 2016 schließt mit einem Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von € 2.809,42. Unter Einbeziehung des Verlustvortrages aus dem Vorjahr ergibt sich ein Bilanzverlust in Höhe von € 22.173,22 zum Bilanzstichtag. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Bilanzverlust auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Als alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer wurde bestellt: Herr Axel Stürken, Hamburg.
