AnhangName und Sitz des Unternehmens BRIWELA GmbH, Emmerich am Rhein Gegenstand des Unternehmens Die Verwaltung von Vermögen, die Projektentwicklung, die Errichtung, der Kauf und Verkauf sowie Vermietung und Verpachtung von Immobilien und die Beteiligung an anderen Unternehmen, die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Bauvorhaben als Bauherr im eigenen Namen und für eigene und fremde Rechnung unter Verwendung von Vermögenswerten von Erwerbern, Mietern, Pächtern oder sonstigen Nutzungsberechtigten oder von Bewerbern um Erwerbs- und Nutzungsrechte, die wirtschaftliche Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Bauvorhaben als Baubetreuer im fremden Namen für fremde Rechnung. Handelsregister Amtsgericht Kleve, HRB 9134 Geschäftsjahr 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2013 B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde aufgrund der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Es handelt sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft (§ 267 HGB). Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 HGB) gewählt. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten oder Herstellungskosten entsprechend den §§ 253 und 255 HGB angesetzt und bewertet sowie um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Vorräte werden entsprechend den §§ 253 und 255 HGB bewertet. Die Forderungen sind zum Nennwert ausgewiesen. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennbetrag ausgewiesen. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, dass sie allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen Rechnung tragen. Die Bewertung erfolgt zum Erfüllungsbetrag. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. C. Angaben zu Positionen der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Vorräte Die Vorräte betreffen ein unbebautes Grundstück. Bauzeitzinsen sind aktiviert. sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Restlaufzeit beträgt weniger als ein Jahr. sonstige Rückstellungen Sie betreffen Verpflichtungen für ausstehende Rechnungen (5 T€) und für Gewährleistungen (66 T€). Verbindlichkeiten Die Restlaufzeiten liegen unter einem Jahr. Umsatzerlöse Die Umsatzerlöse resultieren aus dem Verkauf von Wohnungen (2.650 T€) und aus Vermietungstätigkeit (3 T€). D. Sonstiges Geschäftsführung: Britta Welmans (bis 31.3.2013), Michael Schmitt (1.4.2013 bis 2.12.2013; Johannes Welmans (ab 2.12.2013) E. Ergebnisverwendungsvorschlag Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresüberschuss auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
