Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 20101. BilanzierungsmethodenDer Jahresabschluß für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Für die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden die gesetzlichen Gliederungsschemata der §§ 266 und 275 HGB angewandt. Die Davon-Vermerke zu Restlaufzeiten von Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten sind in der Bilanz angegeben. Haftungsverhältnisse werden -soweit vorhanden- im Anhang angegeben. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB; sie ist gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB nicht verpflichtet einen Lagebericht aufzustellen. Bei der Offenlegung gelten für die Gesellschaft die Erleichterungen des § 326 HGB. 2. BewertungsmethodenDas Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Es wurden keine steuerlichen Sonderabschreibungen vorgenommen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden nach dem Erkenntnisstand im Zeitpunkt der Bilanzaufstellung bemessen, um die voraussichtliche Inanspruchnahme abzudecken.
