Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 2016Allgemeine Informationen1. Allgemeine Angaben Die Gesellschaft wurde am 6. Oktober 2014 in München unter der Firmierung Blitz 14152 GmbH durch die Blitzstart Holding GmbH, München, gegründet. Mit Kaufvertrag vom 4. November 2014 wurden die Geschäftsanteile von der HQ Equita GmbH (vormals Equita Management GmbH), Bad Homburg v.d. Höhe, erworben. Mit Gesellschaftsvertrag vom 1. Dezember 2015 ist die Gesellschaft persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin ohne Kapitalanteil der Rovema Management GmbH & Co. KG, Bad Homburg v.d. Höhe, geworden. Im Dezember 2015 erfolgt die Umfirmierung der Gesellschaft in RP Management GmbH. Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma RP Management GmbH mit Sitz in Bad Homburg v.d. Höhe im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Bad Homburg v.d. Höhe unter der Nummer HRB 13134 eingetragen. Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Verwaltung des eigenen Vermögens. 2. Formale Darstellung Der Jahresabschluss der RP Management GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 2016 wurde grundsätzlich nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung haben wir das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewandt. Erforderliche Zusatzangaben zu Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind zur Verbesserung der Übersichtlichkeit im Anhang gesondert erläutert. 3. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren grundsätzlich die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, Aufwendungen und Erträge, soweit sie wirtschaftlich oder rechtlich der Gesellschaft zuzurechnen sind, enthalten. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert bzw. den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um angemessene Wertberichtigungen angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz(1) Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände enthalten ein Darlehen in Höhe von € 5.000,00 zuzüglich Zinsen an die Rovema Management GmbH & Co. KG. Das Darlehen wir durch die Gesellschaft auf unbestimmte Zeit zur Verfügung gestellt. (2) Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten Die Position beinhaltet das aktuelle Bankguthaben der Gesellschaft bei der HypoVereinsbank, München. (3) Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital beträgt € 25.000,00 und ist zum Stichtag voll eingezahlt. Die HQ Equita GmbH hält 100 % der Anteile. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung(1) Sonstige betriebliche Aufwendungen Die sonstigen betrieblichen Aufwendungen setzten sich im Wesentlichen aus Rechtsund Beratungskosten, Beiträge und Nebenkosten des Geldverkehrs zusammen. (2) Sonstige Zinsen und ähnliche Erträge Die Zinserträge resultieren aus der Verzinsung des Darlehens an die Rovema Management GmbH & Co. KG. Sonstige AngabenMitglieder der Geschäftsführung
