ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2023Mavita Solar Team GmbH, GrünwaldI. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluss wird nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Der Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung liegen die Vorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren) zugrunde. Der Anhang wurde unter Inanspruchnahme der Erleichterungen gem. § 288 HGB aufgestellt. Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den handels- und steu- errechtlichen Vorschriften. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit dem Nominalbetrag bilanziert. Rückstellungen werden mit dem Betrag angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert. II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckter Fehlbetrag Die Gesellschaft weist einen nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckten Fehlbetrag aus. Die Geschäftsführung hat bestätigt, dass es sich hierbei um Anlaufverluste handelt, die aus dem laufenden Geschäftsbetrieb ausgeglichen werden können. Die Fortführung der Gesellschaft ist dadurch sichergestellt. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen haben in Höhe von Euro 153.618,04 (i.Vj. Euro 107.190,34) eineRestlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Gegenüber der Gesellschafterin MAVITA Beteiligungen GmbH bestehen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von insgesamt Euro 546.813,02 (i. Vj. Euro 384.889,59) mit einer voraussichtlichen Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. III. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft wurde im Laufe des Geschäftsjahres 2022 gegründet und ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München unter der Abteilung B 276 499 eingetragen. Die Gesellschaft beschäftigt 20 Arbeitnehmer. Geschäftsführung Die Geschäftsführung oblag im Geschäftsjahr 2022 Herrn Thomas Tschon (ausgeschieden am 30.12.2024) und Herrn Emre Cevrim (ausgeschieden am 22.5.2024). Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde Herr Maik Winbauer zum weiteren Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft bestellt.
