ANHANG

1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der Club Audio GmbH in 15806 Zossen auf den 31.08.2019 wurde auf Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbHG sowie ggf. des Gesellschaftsvertrages zu beachten.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen.

Die Wertansätze in der Eröffnungsbilanz des Geschäftsjahres stimmen mit denen der Schlussbilanz des vorangegangenen Geschäftsjahres überein.

Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden sind zum Abschlussstichtag einzeln bewertet.

Es ist vorsichtig bewertet worden, insbesondere sind alle vorhersehbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstanden sind, berücksichtigt, selbst wenn diese erst zwischen Abschlussstichtag und dem Tag der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses bekannt geworden sind.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um die planmäßigen (ggf. außerplanmäßigen) Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge im Geschäftsjahr wurden zeitanteilig berechnet.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert, vermindert um Wertberichtigungen und unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt.

Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Die Bewertung des Planvermögens erfolgte zum am Abschlussstichtag beizulegenden Zeitwert.

Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurde allen erkennbaren Risiken angemessen und ausreichend Rechnung getragen.

Die Bewertung der Rückstellungen erfolgte jeweils in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden nach den Vorschriften des § 250 HGB gebildet.
