sonstige BerichtsbestandteileAnhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2013Medymas GmbHAllgemeines Der Jahresabschluss wird nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen werden in Anspruch genommen. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertung des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Die Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuerlicher Vorschriften linear vorgenommen. Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert. Bei voraussichtlich dauernder Wertminderung, erfolgen Abschreibungen auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert. Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die flüssigen Mittel sind zum Nennwert bewertet. Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag ausgewiesen, die Aufwand für einen bestimmten Zeitraum nach dem Abschlussstichtag darstellen. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Bewertung erfolgt in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft hält 75% des gezeichneten Kapitals der physiotherapy by orthos GmbH, Berlin. Der Jahresabschluss für das Jahr 2013 liegt noch nicht vor. Für das Jahr 2012 wurde mit Beschluss vom 06.12.2013 eine Gewinnausschüttung der physiotherapy by orthos GmbH in Höhe von € 52.500,- vorgenommen. Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung: Herr Robert Storch, Dipl. Wirtschaftsjurist, Berlin Der Jahresabschluss wurde von den Gesellschaftern am 11.März 2014 festgestellt.
