AnhangA. Rechts- und Wirtschaftsverhältnisse Die Gesellschaft ist unter dem Namen Studio 26 GmbH im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main HRB 114231 eingetragen. Die Eintragung erfolgte am 18.01.2019. Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt EUR 25.000,--. Hiervon sind EUR 12.500,-- am 04.01.2019 geleistet worden. Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist der Betrieb eines Friseursalons. Geschäftsführer ist Herr Dragan Stojanovic. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze 1. Ausübung von Wahlrechten a) Ansatz-, Bewertungs- und Ausweiswahlrechte Im Rahmen meines Auftrags habe ich Ansatz-, Bewertungs- und Ausweiswahlrechte sowie Ermessensentscheidungen nach den Vorgaben des Auftraggebers ausgeübt. Einzelheiten über Art und Umfang der ausgeübten Wahlrechte sind im Anhang dargestellt. Sofern Angaben wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, wurde der Vermerk im Anhang gewählt. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten und, sofern die Nutzung zeitlich begrenzt ist, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer linear vorgenommen. Im Jahresabschluss wurde von Wahlrechten wie folgt Gebrauch gemacht: Disagiobeträge wurden als aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten aktiviert. Unfertige und fertige Erzeugnisse wurden mit dem Mindestwert nach § 255 Abs. 2 Satz 2 HGB bewertet. b) Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei Aufstellung und Offenlegung Ein Lagebericht wurde in Anwendung des § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB nicht erstellt. Bei dem hier vorliegenden Jahresabschluss wurden die Erleichterungen im Ausweis für kleine Gesellschaften nur in Bezug auf den Anhang in Anspruch genommen. Für Zwecke der Offenlegung wird ein Exemplar des Jahresabschlusses erstellt, das die Erleichterungen für kleine Gesellschaften vollumfänglich berücksichtigt. C. Ergänzende Angaben 1. Feststellungen zu den Grundlagen des Jahresabschlusses Besondere Feststellungen haben sich nicht ergeben.
