Anhang1.) Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluss der GiMa GmbH zum 31.12.2011 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend dazu waren die Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Die Vermögens- und Schuldposten sind ordnungsgemäß nachgewiesen. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen entsprechend der branchenüblichen Nutzungsdauer und in der steuerlich zulässigen Höhe vermindert. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu € 150,00 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben; geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten zwischen € 150,01 und € 1.000,00 werden im Jahr der Anschaffung in einen Sammelposten eingestellt und über einen Zeitraum von fünf Jahren linear abgeschrieben Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und der Kassenbestand wurden zum Nennwert bzw. zum niedrigeren Teilwert angesetzt. Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist, um alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen zu berücksichtigen. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Laufzeit von weniger als 12 Monaten. 2.) Ergänzende Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr 2011 war Herr Zeljko Luso, Kaufmann, als Geschäftsführer der GiMa GmbH bestellt. Zum Bilanzstichtag bestehen Forderungen an Gesellschafter in Höhe von € 140.824,11. 3.) Ergebnisverwendung
