Der von der Geschäftsführung vorgelegte und mit dem uneingeschränkten Bestätigungsvermerk der PricewaterhouseCoopers Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, versehene Jahresabschluss des Geschäftsjahres vom 1. Januar 2023 bis zum 31. Dezember 2023 mit einem Bilanzgewinn von Euro 3.311.981,41 und einer Bilanzsumme von Euro 22.642.572,45 wird genehmigt und somit festgestellt. The annual accounts of the business year from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 was submitted by the management and provided with the unqualified opinion of PricewaterhouseCoopers Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. The annual accounts with a net profit of EUR 3.311.981,41 and a balance sheet total of EUR 22.642.572,45 has been ap- proved and established.
Der Lagebericht der Geschäftsführung wird zur Kenntnis genommen. The annual report of the management Board has been taken note of.
2. Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses/ Bilanzaewinn 2. Use of results / net profit for the year
Der Bilanzgewinn zum 31.12.2023 in Höhe von Euro 3.311.981.41 setzt sich aus dem Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von Euro 7.895.639,70 und einem Jahresfehlbetrag von Euro 4.583.658,29 zusammen. The net profit on 31.12.2023, amounting to EUR 3.311.981,41 consists of profit brought forward to an amount of EUR 7.895.639,70 and a net loss amounting to EUR 4.583.658,29.
Es erfolgt keine Ausschüttung vom Bilanzgewinn. No distribution from the profit shall be done.
Der Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von Euro 3.311.981,41 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. The net profit amounting to EUR 3.311.981,41 shall be carried forward to new account.
2. Entlastung der Geschäftsführung Dem Geschäftsführer wird für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 Entlastung erteilt. 3. Discharge of the Management Board The Managing Director shall be discharged for the business year 2023.
3. Wahl des Abschlussprüfers für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 4. Election of auditor for the business year 2024
Zum Prüfer des Jahresabschlusses für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 wird die PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Fuhrberger Str. 5, 30625 Hannover gewählt. Die Geschäftsführung wird hiermit beauftragt die Honorarverhandlungen zu führen und den entsprechenden Auftrag zu erteilen. PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Fuhrberger Str. 5, 30625 Hannover shall be elected as auditor for the business year 2024. The Management Board shall negotiate the fee and award a corresponding contract.
