ANHANG FÜR DAS RUMPFGESCHÄFTSJAHR 2010I. Allgemeine AngabenDer Jahresabschluss der HCREP Care GmbH, Düsseldorf, wurde nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. II. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDas Finanzanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nominalwert bewertet. Die liquiden Mittel enthalten Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten, die den Nominalwerten entsprechen. Die Rückstellungen wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle zum Bilanzstichtag ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken. III. Erläuterungen zum JahresabschlussForderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben allesamt eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Stammkapital Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft in Höhe von EUR 25.000,00 ist zu EUR 21.887,50 eingezahlt. IV. Sonstige AngabenGeschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Jörg Jung, Eslohe. Der Geschäftsführer ist einzelvertretungsberechtigt.
