Anhang für OffenlegungszweckeWilhelm Volk GmbH Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches, des GmbH-Gesetzes und der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung. Die neuen Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Ausweisregeln nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzt (BilMoG) werden ab dem Jahr 2010 angewendet. Wesentliche Änderungen haben sich durch die Berücksichtigung der neuen Vorschriften des BilMoG für den Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 nicht ergeben. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt. 2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nennwerten bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Angaben zur Bilanz Von den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen haben T€ 12,3 (i.Vj.: T€ 12,3) eine Restlaufzeit von über einem Jahr. 4. Sonstige Angaben Der Jahresüberschuss des Vorjahres wurde auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Es wird vorgeschlagen, den Jahresüberschuss 2010 ebenfalls auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Geschäftsführer sind: Frau Vera Bauer, Bremen Herr Klaus Volk, Bremen. Die Geschäftsführer sind alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Bremen, 13.
