ANHANG zum Jahresabschluss 2013der Firma Unitrade Computer Handelsgesellschaft mbHA. Allgemeine AngabenDie Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB. Die gesetzlichen Erleichterungen für kleine GmbH`s im Rahmen der Bilanzierung und Veröffentlichung wurden in Anspruch genommen. B. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeIn Aufbau und Gliederung folgt die Bilanz den Bestimmungen der §§ 264 ff. HGB. Die Sachanlagen (Betriebsausstattungen) sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmässige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Soweit die Voraussetzungen vorliegen, wird ein niedrigerer beizulegender Wert angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen richten sich nach den steuerlich zulässigen Sätzen unter Beachtung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben. Forderungen wurden zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen sämtliche erkennbaren Risiken sowie ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. C. BilanzerläuterungenAnlagevermögen Die in der Bilanz zusammengefassten Anlagepositionen und ihre Entwicklung sind in dieser Anlage im Anlagenspiegel dargestellt. Die dort ausgewiesenen Anschaffungskosten entsprechen den ursprünglichen/historischen Werten. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Unter dieser Position sind neben Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände einschließlich gewährter Darlehen und Steuererstattungsansprüche ausgewiesen. D. Sonstige finanzielle VerpflichtungenEs bestehen keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen, für die Hinweispflicht besteht. E. Sonstige AngabenBenennung der Organe Zu Geschäftsführern waren im Berichtszeitraum
