Informationen zur Form der Darstellung von Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gliederung von Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung richtet sich nach den §§ 266 Absatz 1 und 2 und 275 Absatz 2 HGB. Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach den Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung. 2. Informationen zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung - Erläuterungen zur Bilanz 1. Einzelne Positionen wurden wie folgt bewertet: - Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. - Sachanlagen Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Grundlage der planmäßigen Abschreibung war die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer des jeweiligen Vermögensgegenstandes. Die Abschreibungen wurden beim beweglichen Anlagevermögen gemäß EStG § 7 Abs. 1 nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis 800,00 Euro wurden sofort abgeschrieben. - Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und Wertpapiere Die Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und Wertpapiere wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt. - Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen. Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 472.320,00 Euro haben eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als 1 Jahr. - Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen wurden vom Mandanten nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Schätzung ermittelt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die bis zum Bilanzstichtag noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Im Jahr 2023 betrug die durchschnittliche Arbeitnehmeranzahl 24. - Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung 3. Angaben zu den Organen Alleinvertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind zum 31.12.2023: Herr Thomas Küch Herr Christopher Schneider Diese sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. sonstige Berichtsbestandteile
