Anhang der Wapmedia GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2022Allgemeine Angaben Die Wapmedia GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Gießen und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Gießen (6921 B). Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft zum 31. Dezember 2022 wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches, erstmals nach dem Bilanzrichtlinien-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG), erstellt. Die Ausweis- und Gliederungsbestimmungen wurden entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften befolgt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerlicher Maßnahmen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewendeten Ansatz- und Bewertungsmethoden werden stetig angewendet. Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt unter der Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung. Der Jahresabschluss der Wapmedia GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der neuen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Anschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Anschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen. Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennwert. Den Ausfallrisiken ist durch die Bildung von Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen. Der Bestand an liquiden Mitteln ist zum Nominalwert bewertet. Rückstellungen sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei sind alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Bruttoanlagenspiegel Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung der Anlagenwerte ist aus dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen. Geschäftsjahresabschreibung Die Geschäftsjahresabschreibung je Posten der Bilanz ist aus dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen. Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Abgrenzung dient der periodengerechten Gewinnermittlung. Die Beträge haben Forderungscharakter. Die nachfolgenden Angaben vervollständigen die in der Form der kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft erstellte Bilanz.
