ANHANG zum 31. Dezember 2019Allgemeine AngabenDer Jahresabschluss der GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) in der Fassung des BilRUG sowie der Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind überwiegend im Anhang aufgeführt. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Angaben zur Identifikation der Gesellschaft laut Registergericht
Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Anlagevermögen wird zu den Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten oder Herstellungskosten (gem. § 255 Abs. 2 bis HGB) bilanziert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Für bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten von mehr als 250,00 Euro aber nicht mehr als 1.000,00 Euro wurde ein Sammelposten gebildet und linear über 5 Jahre abgeschrieben. Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögengegenständen wurden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde zusätzlich durch eine ausreichend bemessene Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen. Kassenbestände und Bankguthaben werden jeweils zum Nennwert angesetzt. Sonstige Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert. Bei Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden künftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen in Höhe der allgemeinen Inflationsrate berücksichtigt und eine Abzinsung auf den Bilanzstichtag vorgenommen, sofern es sich nicht um unwesentliche Beträge handelt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Gewinn-/Verlustvortrag In dem ausgewiesenen Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag von Euro 86,85 enthalten. Sonstige Angaben Durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahrs beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 0. Feststellung und Unterzeichnung des Jahresabschlusses Die Feststellung des Jahresabschlusses und die Unterzeichnung erfolgten am 26.08.2020.
